K-5905LThe (quick drying silicone sealant) series is an organic silicone adhesive that can be quickly bonded, with excellent insulation, good adhesion, moisture resistance, earthquake resistance, corona resistance, and leakage resistance. The adhesive material has good adhesion to metals and most plastics, and after curing, it has good resistance to thermal cycling (-50~250 ℃).
Purpose:
1. This silicone sealant is used for bonding and waterproof sealing of guardrail tubes in the optoelectronic industry.
2. This silicone sealant is used to bond and seal objects such as plastics, metals, glass, and ceramics.
3. This silicone sealant is used for adhesive positioning and reinforcement of electronic components on electronic circuit boards, as well as moisture-proof sealing.
Instructions for use：
1. Clean the surface of the adhered or coated material, removing rust, dust, oil stains, etc.
2. First, puncture the top of the rubber hose seal with a cap, cover it with a needle, squeeze the adhesive onto the cleaned surface to distribute it evenly, and then close and fix the adhesive surface.
3. Place the coated parts in the air and cure at room temperature for 24 hours before they can be put into use.
Notes:
After the operation is completed, the unused silicone sealant should be immediately tightened with a cap and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use.
