★ Composition and Components
This AB adhesive is a two-component (A, B) reactive adhesive synthesized through advanced technology, mainly composed of methacrylate ester, supplemented with toughening agents, reinforcing agents, stabilizers, initiators, polymerization inhibitors, etc.

★ Application and Applicability

*This product is a structural adhesive mainly used for rigid bonding and can be used for steel, iron, aluminum, aluminum alloys, titanium, stainless steel, etc ABS、PVC、 Adhesive bonding between the same or different types of materials such as nylon (polyamide), polycarbonate, organic glass (polymethyl methacrylate), tempered glass, polyester resin, polyurethane, cement, ceramics, wood, laminated panels, etc.
*Adhesive glass products have good initial strength, but due to the large expansion coefficient of glass, they may sometimes automatically detach.
*Not suitable for bonding products such as snowflake iron, purple copper, brass, zinc, celluloid, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyolefin, polysiloxane, etc.
*The effect of flexible bonding is not ideal.
*Mainly used in the following areas: automobiles, motorcycles, machinery, chemical pipelines, storage tanks, woodworking furniture, lighting nameplates, daily life, scientific research, etc.

Performance and Features

*Room temperature rapid curing, 5-10 minutes positioning, 30 minutes to reach strength, and 24 hours to reach higher strength.
*Easy to use, no need for strict measurement. If two components can be applied separately, it can extend the shelf life.
*High shear, impact, and peel strength, good comprehensive performance, steel/steel tensile shear strength at room temperature>20MPa; Impact strength>2.0KJ/m2.
*Can be used for oil surface bonding. Just polish, no need for degreasing, no significant decrease in strength.
*Good acid and alkali resistance, good water resistance, and excellent oil resistance.
*Resistant to moisture and atmospheric aging, with good durability.
*Clearing is easy.
*Widely used.
*Resistant to high and low temperatures, it can still be used at temperatures ranging from -60 ℃ to 120 ℃ after fully curing for 24 hours.
*Good electrical performance, dielectric strength of 15kV/mm, dielectric constant of 3.0, heat resistance level B.
*Good aging resistance. Table 1 shows the aging degree of different materials in different media at 15 ℃ -27 ℃ for two months.
*Durability. Durability is related to usage conditions and environments, and specific situations can be referred to in the following experiments.
In the southern Fujian region, after four years of outdoor use, it can withstand no load (aluminum to aluminum) and maintain a strength retention rate of over 50%.
At room temperature, not subjected to load (aluminum aluminum), soaked in water for six months, strength retention rate>90%.
○ In boiling water, without bearing any load (aluminum~aluminum), after one week of cooling measurement, the strength retention rate is greater than 95%

★ Precautions
*The adhesive solution has a smell of acrylic acid
*This product releases a large amount of heat during curing, and the adhesive should not be mixed too much at once
*Do not allow children to come into contact, do not enter
*The cap should not be covered incorrectly to prevent deterioration and failure. It should be stored in a low-temperature ventilated isolated fire source.
