Kingscan ® IVe is the latest upgraded version of KingTester Corporation's fully automatic Brinell hardness indentation measurement system in 2017 This system has completely ended the traditional mode of measuring and calculating Brinell hardness using human eye optical microscopy, and is a perfect combination of modern digital technology and computer measurement technology. This system can be used in conjunction with KING PortableBrinell hardness testerRealize on-site measurement, and can also be used as a standalone Brinell hardness measurement system with anyBrinell hardness testerThe Brinell hardness automatic measurement system is also applicable for laboratory measurements. It has the characteristics of speed, accuracy, high repeatability, and high cost-effectiveness.
Kingscan ® IVe can provide accurate test results for users without any prior experience. When measuring, simply place the camera on the Brinell hardness indentation, move the camera to make the indentation inside the electronic sight, and press the measurement button on the camera or any key on the computer keyboard to complete the measurement. Kingscan ® IVe will scan and measure up to 800 points around the circumference of the indentation, obtaining 400 Y-axis diameters and 400 X-axis diameters. Then, according to the ASTM E10 Brinell hardness principle, the indentation diameter can be calculated, and the indentation diameter (mm) and Brinell hardness value (HBW) can be displayed within 1 second. At the same time, the measurement software interface also displays other characteristic parameters, including indentation roundness (RND), ball diameter, test load, test workpiece number, and measurement time.
