The unpacking machine is equipped with an electric hoist to lift the materials above the frame of the unpacking machine, and then slowly descend. During the slow descent process, the material bag is manually opened from the discharge port or the bottom of the material bag is cut open by a cross cutter (optional). The material slides down by gravity, causing the powder and granular materials in the ton bag to fall into the storage hopper by gravity to complete the unloading work. This device can effectively protect the production environment, reduce the workload of workers, and improve production efficiency. It solves the problem of large bags clumping and difficult to discharge due to moisture absorption during bag opening work.
The discharge port of the unpacking machine can be combined with screw conveyors, belt conveyors, elevators, and pneumatic conveying devices. For materials that are prone to dust, a fully enclosed structure can be used, and a dedicated dust collector can be configured. It can also be connected to the on-site dust removal system for use.
