
The salt spray testing machine, also known as the salt spray test chamber, is used to test the corrosion resistance of products made of various materials after surface anti-corrosion treatments such as electroplating, anodizing, spraying, and rust proof oil. There are four types of tests that can be conducted in the salt spray test chamber: neutral salt spray test (NSS), copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test (CASS), alternating salt spray test (non-standard), and acetic acid salt spray test (ASS test). Different tests not only require different solutions, but also may have different designs and structures of the box. Specific test requirements need to be specified before ordering.

The whole machine is made of South Asian imported P.V.C or high-temperature resistant PP material, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and has no leakage phenomenon.
◆ Adopting a button type intelligent temperature control instrument, multiple sets of PID automatic calculation, high control accuracy, and LCD touch screen instrument can also be optionally selected.
Adopting an automatic/manual water addition system, it has the function of automatically replenishing the water level when the water level is insufficient, and the test is not interrupted. Insufficient water level warning ensures use.
◆ The upper covers of 108L and 270L testing machines are made of A-grade acrylic impact resistant plates imported from Europe, and the models above 480L are made of hard P.V.C plastic plates. The upper covers are automatically opened and closed by the cylinder, with a window light inside, which can monitor the spray state and the working condition of the sample at any time.
◆ Tower spray system is equipped with salt liquid filter, without crystallization nozzle, with uniform distribution of falling fog and free adjustment of sedimentation.
The saturated air tank adopts the Henry's law to heat and humidify, and provide the required humidity for the laboratory.
After the experiment is completed, it has an automatic defogging device that allows for clear observation of the test sample.
