The walk-in composite salt spray room is suitable for large test piece products and is one of the important equipment that mainly uses artificially created simulated salt spray environmental conditions to assess the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. Mainly aimed at the adaptability of protective layers for electrical and electronic products, hardware chemicals and raw devices, as well as various metal materials, when used or stored in damp environments containing salt. Corrosion tests can be conducted, and the degradation of non-metallic materials caused by salt spray can also be inspected. The walk-in composite salt spray room can also be used to assess the performance changes of components and equipment in salt spray environments.

Salt spray warehouse box structure
1. Box characteristics:
It can automatically keep the constant temperature within the set temperature range, and meet the requirements for the layout of spray devices, air circuit, brine supply pipeline and opening placement of temperature sensors. Due to the high temperature during the salt spray test(35~60 ℃), and also has strong corrosiveness, so the material used to manufacture the salt spray test box body should have a certain degree of corrosion and temperature resistance. At present, most of the box materials are made of plastic, fiberglass, and stainless steel. Fiberglass and plastic have good corrosion resistance, and special 316L stainless steel should also be selected for stainless steel. Ordinary stainless steel is also not resistant to salt spray. In order to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, temperature resistance, and certain strength, this laboratory designs a double door with a door opening size of (width) 2.8 * (height) 2.8 (m). The inner and outer door panels are made of 316 stainless steel material and sealed with silicone strips. (The size of the warehouse door can be customized according to the customer's actual product requirements).
The salt spray test stipulates that the water droplets formed by spray shall not fall on the test piece, and the included angle at the top of the laboratory shall have a certain angle, generallyBetween 110 º and 120 º, the formed droplets flow along the top to both sides of the laboratory. The entire room needs to be treated to prevent water leakage and fog.
