3、 Process flow:
Multiple rolls of fabric are stacked and fed, and then transported by rollers for fixed length cutting and conveying of the nose bridge bone. Ultrasonic welding machine is used to weld and seal the edges, and the mechanism automatically prints words. Ultrasonic welding of ear bands is used for shaping and folding, followed by automatic leveling, cutting and shaping. Waste is collected and discharged from the assembly line.
