1、 Description:

This production line is widely used in automatic batching and packaging production lines for various materials and industries. The batching only requires manual input of 2 to 10 types of materials into each silo. The computer control system automatically puts various materials into the weighing system according to the pre-set ratio. The weighing system will automatically add them according to the batching ratio of each material. After each batching is completed, the materials are transported by a belt conveyor to the mixer for mixing. After mixing evenly, they are automatically discharged and then lifted by a bucket elevator to the storage silo for automatic quantitative packaging by the packaging system.
