The sampling process can be divided into:
Auto automatic positioning → Random selection of sampling points → Sample collection
After the coal transport vehicle enters the sampling area, the car positioning system detects the position of the vehicle, obtains the plane coordinate parameters of the car compartment in the sampling area, and transmits them to the main control computer. The main control computer automatically generates several random sampling points within the carriage area based on the carriage parameters.
The main control computer controls the mechanical sampling device to take samples at designated sampling points, and controls the sample preparation equipment to automatically complete the crushing and reduction of coal samples
