Work steps
Manually put the packaging bag onto the bag clamp, activate the travel switch, and the travel switch sends a bag clamp signal to the control instrument. The bag clamp automatically clamps the bag, and the control instrument controls the belt feeding mechanism to start filling the material from the silo into the packaging bag automatically. During the filling process, the feeding mechanism releases the material in two stages, fast and slow, to ensure speed and accuracy. After reaching the preset packaging value, the bag clamp automatically releases and falls onto the conveyor, which transports the packaging bag to the seam of the sewing machine, completing the packaging.
