system architecture
The barcode system software adopts a C/S architecture, the server-side uses Win2003 SERVER or above operating system, and the database uses SQL2005 or above version. Asset label printing and query registration operations are performed on a PC, supporting WIN XP or WIN7 operating systems, and mobile terminals use WINCE operating system.

Functional Description
Asset Registration PC: After the asset is delivered, the administrator opens the new interface of the fixed asset system, registers the asset number, name, specifications, brand, purchase price, warranty expiration time, supplier name, storage location, purchase time, storage department, S/N information, and prints the asset label. The label is made of waterproof, oil proof, and tear resistant PET label paper to ensure long-term storage and clarity of the label. Paste the label to the designated location of the asset for subsequent scanning. After pasting, you can scan and confirm to ensure that there are no barcode printing errors. (The asset classification has been changed to a tree structure according to Guoxin's requirements).
After the asset creation is completed, the fixed asset system summarizes the data to the server, and provides separate data for querying the asset inventory information in the database.
Asset change (PC and terminal): When there is a change in asset requisition or return, the asset barcode is scanned on the asset change interface. The barcode system provides information such as product model, relevant configuration, purchase time, etc. The administrator fills in the information of the requisitioner, department, etc. and then registers the requisition.
Asset maintenance (PC and terminal): If an asset undergoes maintenance, the administrator scans the asset barcode, registers the maintenance time, reason, and party information, and provides asset maintenance history records for querying and tracing.
Asset lending (PC and terminal): Asset lending is recorded by scanning the barcode in the fixed asset system, scanning the barcode of the external equipment, and confirming the expected return time. Enter the reason for borrowing on the PC end. Approaching the expected return time, the fixed asset system issues a warning report (overdue warning report) based on the advance warning days set by the user.
Asset scrapping (PC and terminal): The fixed asset system scans the barcode of the assets to be scrapped, generates a list of data to be scrapped, and places this data in a temporary table in the database. After the report is approved, it can be scrapped.
Asset inventory (terminal): Download the inventory instructions of the fixed asset system to the barcode scanning terminal, scan the asset labels one by one, and upload the data to the PC after the inventory is completed. The administrator can view the inventory results through the fixed asset system.

Report (PC version): Query the current status of assets, company asset list, and corresponding custodian based on query criteria. Enter the asset number to query the barcode and view the asset's history of operations in the fixed asset system since registration.
