The main transmission adopts high-strength PU synchronous belts at long distances and large pulleys at short distances to improve safety and extend equipment service life;
The tracking adopts servo motors, and the tracking speed is completely consistent with the bottle transport speed, effectively avoiding contact between the needle and the inner wall of the bottle mouth. The return path adopts a quadratic polynomial curve, with no sudden changes in speed and acceleration, and almost zero mechanical impact, ensuring smooth machine operation;
In terms of filling, it breaks through the traditional cam rocker mechanism by using high-precision, small step servo motors with stable and reliable servo drivers. By replacing the motor shaft rotation motion with the linear motion required by the ceramic pump plunger through a pre pressed ball screw pair, it forms a high-precision servo filling mechanism. By setting different pulse values for the servo motor through the human-machine interface, it can adapt to different loading requirements and also fine tune a certain pump;
The host is equipped with a stainless steel laminar flow frame on the periphery, which is mainly circular in shape, with a beautiful appearance and no hygiene dead corners, ensuring that the equipment works in a clean area.
