High pressure spray humidifier is an isoenthalpy humidification mode in which the humidifier host is installed on the side panel of the air conditioning unit and the spray system (nozzle, spray bar) is installed inside the humidification section of the air conditioning unit. This humidification method is to increase the pressure of tap water through the humidifier host, and then atomize and spray it at high speed through a specially designed nozzle, forming small water mist particles that exchange heat and humidity with flowing air, absorb heat (or sensible heat) from the air, and vaporize and evaporate. Increase the humidity of the air and achieve humidification treatment of the air. High pressure spray humidifier can be used together with various fresh air units and combined air conditioning units.

Features of Jinjiale high-pressure spray humidifier:
a) In the constant enthalpy humidification mode, the spray volume can reach 600Kg/h;
b) Adopting the original imported booster pump, it operates smoothly, has low noise, long service life, and is safe and reliable, ensuring a constant supply water pressure within the range of 0.35-0.6MPa;
c) Specially designed ceramic nozzles ensure that the diameter of water mist particles is as small as possible, with an average diameter between 20-35um, improving humidification efficiency. Ceramic nozzles are corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and have a long service life;
d) High precision filtration system prevents nozzle clogging;
e) Manual and automatic operation together can achieve automatic adjustment and control of humidity.
Service conditions of high-pressure spray humidifier:
1. Host 1~400C ≤ 80% RH; Spray head 1~800C;
2. Water supply: tap water, purified water or similar water;
3. Water supply pressure: ≥ O.1MPa;
4. Water supply temperature: 4-550C;
5. Humidification section length: 0.45-1.1m:
6. Inlet wind speed: 0.5-3.5m/s;
7. Inlet air temperature: ≥ 15 ℃.

explain:The humidification volume of high-pressure spray humidifier and spray volume are two concepts that are essentially different.
Humidification capacity refers to the amount of water absorbed by the air in a unit of time by the water mist sprayed into the air conditioning unit under standard conditions (also known as effective humidification capacity).
Spray volume refers to the total amount of water mist sprayed by all nozzles in unit time (usually per hour) under normal working condition of humidifier.
Effective humidification amount=spray amount × humidification efficiency.
Selection calculation of high-pressure spray humidifier:
1. Calculation of effective humidification capacity (E): E=S × Q × (X2-X1) × 1.2. In the equation: E - effective humidification capacity (kg/h) S=1.2kg/m3 (density of air) Q - fresh air volume (m3/h) X1- moisture content of air before humidification (kg/kg) X2- moisture content of air after humidification (kg/kg) 1.2 is (safety factor)
2. Calculation of spray amount (W): W=E ÷ ¥ Where: W - spray amount (Kg/h) E - effective humidification amount (Kg / h) ¥ - humidification efficiency generally, for fresh air air conditioning unit ¥=33%, for combined air conditioning unit ¥=45%.
3. Example: The air volume of a certain fresh air conditioning unit is Q=20000m3/h, the outdoor air parameters are 0 ℃ 50% RH, and the indoor design air parameters are 20. C50% RH selects high-pressure fog humidifier for air humidification. According to the psychrometric chart, the effective humidification amount required for X1=0.0019Kg/KgX2=0.0073Kg/Kg: E=S × Q × (X2-X1xI) × K=1.2 × 20000 × (0.0073-0.00l9) × 1.1=142.6Kg/h, the required spray amount: W=E ÷ ∨=138.24 ÷ 33%=432Kg/h, the model of high-pressure spray humidifier that meets this condition is JHS --500. If the air conditioning unit is a combined air conditioner, the fresh air ratio is 20%, select The effective humidification amount required by the high-pressure spray humidifier for air humidification: E=S × Q × (X2-X1) × 1.2=1.2 × 20000 × 20% × (0.0073-0.0019) × 1.2=28.5Kg/h The required spray amount L=E ÷ ∨=36.3 ÷ 45%=63.4Kg/h The model of the high-pressure spray humidifier that meets this condition is JHS --75!

matters needing attention:
1. For fresh air unit, if spray humidification is carried out before heating, the humidification efficiency will be too low, so the scheme of spray humidification after heating is generally adopted;
2. In combination air conditioning, please choose the scheme of heating the air before humidifying it as much as possible;
3. In horizontal units, water baffles must be set after spray humidification to prevent ungasified water mist floating into the air duct;
4. In a vertical unit, when the surface cooler is vertical, the nozzle is installed between the surface cooler and the wet film baffle; When the surface cooler is tilted, the nozzle is installed in front of the surface cooler;
5. For summer process humidification, please humidify before air cooling, otherwise the humidification efficiency of the humidifier will be affected due to low air temperature;
6. If the water quality is relatively dirty, please install a wire wound filter to extend the service life of the unit;
7. The air conditioning unit of the high-pressure spray humidifier must be installed with a water baffle (wet film water baffle is the best). If the air conditioning unit does not have a water baffle, we can choose our wet film water baffle, mainly to prevent non vaporized water droplets from drifting onto the motor with the air or drifting into the air duct, affecting its life.
