1. Before the experiment, it is necessary to ensure that the system is preheated for at least 20 minutes to minimize the impact of temperature drift.
2. The buffer oil should be kept clean, and if the oil level is less than two-thirds of the cylinder depth, it should be replaced immediately.
3. Before starting up, check if lubricating oil should be added to the friction moving parts.
4. Before adding the test piece, the brake handle must be stuck and released after adding the test piece.
5. The main bearing of the dynamometer is not allowed to be oiled. The friction wheel surface inside the gearbox must not be oiled or splashed with oil stains. The friction surface should be absolutely clean and the inclined block on the swing arm should not be violently impacted.
6. After the experiment is completed and the power is cut off, clean the surface of the testing machine and provide timely protection.
7. On average, the tensile machine is maintained twice a month.
