JetXpert Flying Ink Drop Characterization Analysis System - Printing Ink Drop Analyzer Dropviewer is a fully integrated system that provides a complete drop analysis solution for the drop ink market. By pairing the high-speed flash with a zoom camera and synchronizing it with the print head ignition, the JetXpert droptracker is able to capture clear images of individual ink droplets in flight. Then, the powerful ImageXpert software analyzes these images and performs measurements according to customer requirements. Customers can use this data to drive future testing to improve ink formulations or printing processes. The flying ink droplet characterization analysis system can be paired with automatic measurement software to observe and measure the ink droplets ejected by inkjet heads, as well as a motor moving nozzle module to automatically measure and record the ink droplet condition of each nozzle on the nozzle.   • Pulse width: selectable minimum pulse width of 125ns, 250ns, or 500ns, with increments of 125ns, 250ns, or 500ns respectively
  • Pulse option: Single event shooting, with single and dual ink droplet functions. Optional gathering for photography.
