DESCRIPTION

JWY series static voltage relay without auxiliary source

1、 Overview

1. The JWY series non auxiliary source voltage relay is used in relay protection devices for generators, transformers, and transmission lines as a starting element for overvoltage protection or low-voltage lockout. This relay is an integrated circuit static relay with high precision, low power consumption, short action time, high return coefficient, intuitive and convenient setting, wide range, and no shaking phenomenon when used as a low-voltage relay. It can completely replace electromagnetic voltage relays without the need for DC auxiliary power supply.

2. The JWY series non auxiliary voltage relay is divided into three series: JWY-10、JWY-20、JWY-30, Can replace DJ-100, DY-20C, DY-30 and other series of electromagnetic voltage relays respectively. The JWY series integrated circuit voltage relay adopts a dip switch to set the voltage value. In order to facilitate user use, it is divided into three specifications: zero sequence overvoltage relay, positive sequence overvoltage relay, and low voltage relay.

2、 Principle explanation

1. This relay is a static relay composed of imported integrated circuits; The measured AC voltage U is stepped down by an isolation transformer to obtain a voltage Ui proportional to the measured voltage. After calibration, it is rectified and the pulsating voltage is filtered by a filter to obtain a DC voltage Uo proportional to Ui. In level detection, Uo is compared with the DC reference voltage Ue. If the DC voltage Uo is lower than the reference voltage, the level detector outputs a positive signal to drive the output relay, and the relay is in the operating state. On the contrary, whether it is an overvoltage relay or a low-voltage relay, if the DC voltage Uo is higher than the reference voltage Ue, the level detector outputs a negative signal and the relay is in a non operating state.

3、 Main technical parameters

1. Auxiliary power supply: AC DC. 48V -380V

2. Contact form: 11.21.31 type is one open and one closed, 12.22.32 type is two normally open, and 13.23.33 type is two normally closed.

3. Overvoltage classification: A is overvoltage, B is undervoltage.

4. Voltage setting range: 1-130V.15-130V.15-240V.1-240V 40 -439V.80 - 439V. The difference is 1V.

5. Overload capacity: The AC circuit allows for long-term connection at 1.2 times the set value.

6. Setting error: Within the range of 1-439V, the absolute value of the average setting error shall not exceed 3%.

7. Return coefficient:

a. The return coefficient of the overvoltage relay is greater than 0.9

b. The return coefficient of the low-voltage relay is 1.08-1.12
