This machine is a specialized equipment for gravure printing, lamination, coating, and slitting of roll shaped materials such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, paper, non-woven fabric, glass paper, and thin leather.

Winding method: Electric flipping dual station winding rack. The printing material is secured by an inflatable shaft, ensuring safety and reliability.
Installation method: shaftless air top installation, saving time and convenience when changing plates
Color registration method: Vertical can be equipped with an automatic color registration system to improve printing accuracy
(Both parties will negotiate separately)
Scraper method: Scraper movement is single axis movement, linked with the host
Drying method: Closed hot air oven with built-in electric heating and automatic constant temperature control
The configuration of the entire machine will be negotiated separately by both parties:
The unwinding magnetic powder is controlled by automatic constant tension
The host is controlled by a frequency converter
The winding is driven by a torque motor
