Product Name: JS/JR 380V Three phase Asynchronous Motor
Product voltage: 380V
Center height: Machine base size 11-15
Product Overview:
JS and JR series medium-sized electric motors can drive various types of machinery, such as ventilators, compressors, water pumps, crushers, ball mills, cutting machines, transportation machinery, and other equipment. They can be used as prime movers in coal mines, machinery industries, power plants, and various industrial and mining enterprises.
The JS series is a squirrel cage rotor three-phase asynchronous motor.
The JR series is a wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor.
The JS series electric motors comply with the technical requirements of the enterprise standard Q/XD.510.112-2012.
The JR series electric motors comply with the technical requirements of the enterprise standard Q/XD. 510.015-2012.
This series of motors is protective. According to user needs, it can also be made into a pipeline ventilation type.
Protective motors should be installed indoors at an altitude of no more than 1000 meters, with an ambient air temperature of no more than+40 ℃ and no less than 0 ℃, clean air, and free of corrosive gases such as acid and alkali. Electric motors are not allowed to operate in environments with explosive gases or high levels of dust.
When the temperature of the air around the motor exceeds the above regulations or the air is not clean, duct ventilation should be used. At this time, the temperature of the cooling air entering both ends of the motor should be 0 ℃~+40 ℃, and the air pressure inside the pipeline and motor should be ensured to be higher than the pressure of the surrounding air. If necessary, a blower, dust filter, etc. should be installed.
The JS series squirrel cage motor allows direct starting at full voltage. The ratio of the initial starting torque and initial starting power values to the rated value is shown in Table 3. If the user's power grid does not start directly with the allowable full voltage, voltage reduction starting can be used. But at this time, the starting torque will decrease in a square relationship with the starting voltage.
JR series motors must be pre connected with a starting variable resistor in the rotor circuit during start-up. It is not allowed to directly short-circuit the rotor winding for starting.
