1 Overview
JK-MF100 series side mounted magnetic flap level gauge (hereinafter referred to as level gauge). Suitable for detecting the liquid level of various pressurized (or open) liquid storage equipment (towers, cylinders, tanks, spherical containers, and boilers) in industrial production processes. Capable of displaying the working status and liquid level height of various liquids on site. Equipped with a liquid level transmitter, the position signal of the liquid level can be transmitted remotely, and the purpose of automatic control and measurement of the liquid level can be achieved through certain electrical devices.
The JK-MF100 series side mounted magnetic flap level gauge is a reliable and safe detection instrument due to its magnetic coupling isolation and sealing structure. Especially suitable for liquid level detection of flammable, explosive, and corrosive toxic liquids. Thus, the liquid level detection method in the original complex environment becomes simple, reliable, and safe.
The JK-MF100 series side mounted magnetic flap level gauge has the direct reading characteristic of on-site display, which does not require multiple sets of level gauges to be combined and can be used for full range measurement alone. The device has advantages such as fewer openings, clear display, prominent markings, and intuitive readings. When the liquid level gauge is directly equipped with a display instrument, the intermediate transmission of the system signal detection can be eliminated to improve its transmission accuracy.
The JK-MF100 series top mounted magnetic flap level gauge is suitable for displaying the liquid level of various underground tanks, pools, and other containers, as well as containers that are not suitable for side openings. If equipped with matching instruments, it can be used for remote detection to achieve automatic control function.
