I. Overview
The JJ01 series autotransformer voltage starting cabinet is suitable for three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with AC flooding of 380V and power below 300KW for voltage reduction starting. This series uses autotransformer voltage reduction method to improve the impact of the motor on the transmission network.

The starting cabinet allows for two consecutive starts from a cold state, with each start lasting 15 seconds and an interval of 30 seconds. The starting cabinet allows for one or more consecutive starts, with a total start time not exceeding the specified time in the table. Before restarting, the autotransformer should be cooled to the ambient air temperature.
3. The starting to running conversion mode of this product adopts current conversion. When the starting current drops to 15 times the rated working current value, which is equivalent to 80% of the rated speed, it switches from starting to running.
Protection is achieved through forced conversion by a current time conversion device, whose time setting is not greater than the values specified in the table.
3、 Product Structure
This product is a box type protective structure composed of autotransformer, AC contactor, time relay, thermal relay or comprehensive protector, intermediate relay, transfer switch and other components. For products of 75KW and below, automatic control is used, while products of 90KW and above have both manual and automatic control modes, which are switched by a transfer switch. The autotransformer has two types of spare rated voltage connectors, 60% and 80%, which are all connected to the 60% connector and the 80% connector and spare when leaving the factory.
