Equipment features

★ Using imported original measuring and adding pumps, accurate measurement, wide range of adding pressure, continuously adjustable flow rate, no leakage, and gas isolation, can meet various different adding process requirements;

To meet special process requirements, the mixing tank is designed as a closed tank body, which can be used for CO2 pressure and insulation;

★ The mixing adopts a double mixing form, and the mixing is uniform and thorough;

★ Adopting plate level or continuous level display, real-time monitoring of material addition status;

The unique reflux design ensures that the entire addition process is always in a constant and stable state, ensuring continuous and accurate addition;

★ All stainless steel design, the mixing bucket is made of imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel material, with an internal surface ≤ 0.4 μ m and an external surface ≤ 0.4 μ m;
