1、 Product Introduction:
A water splitter is a water flow distribution and collection device composed of a water splitter and a water collector, widely used in central air conditioning hot and cold water systems and domestic hot water systems. A water separator is a device that divides one incoming water into several output channels through a container, while a water collector is a device that collects multiple incoming water channels through a container. On the one hand, it distributes the water flow of the main pipeline according to the needs, ensuring that the flow of each regional branch loop meets the load requirements. At the same time, it also collects the water flow of each branch loop and inputs it into the return main pipeline.
The structure of a water collector is generally composed of a main pipe, branch pipes, pressure gauges, thermometers, sewage outlets, etc. The main pipe is mostly DN150-DN2000, and the branch pipes are determined according to the actual situation of different projects. (Therefore, provide detailed engineering drawings or waterway system diagrams when placing orders).
Multiple branch pipes are connected to the cylinder of the water collector and distributor according to the actual situation of different projects, which can collect water from each channel or divert water from one channel. The equipment is equipped with pressure gauges and thermometers, which can easily observe the water flow status inside the cylinder. The lower end of the cylinder is equipped with a sewage outlet, which is used to discharge sewage from the water system during cleaning. Widely used in central air conditioning hot and cold water systems, cooling water systems, and domestic hot water systems. 2、 Material requirements for the production of water collectors and separators:
A water collection and distribution device is a device used in waterway systems to connect multiple water pipes for supply and return water. Generally, a water collection device and a water distribution device are paired together in the overall waterway system.
Material of water collector: The material is divided according to the characteristics and pressure requirements of the water system: 1. When used in central air conditioning hot and cold water systems and cooling water systems, it is generally made of high-quality carbon steel plates rolled or seamless steel pipes (depending on the pressure of the water system), and the outer surface is hot-dip galvanized or painted for anti-corrosion treatment. 2、 When used in domestic hot water systems, stainless steel SUS304 material is used to prevent the presence of rust water in domestic hot water, which can harm human health.
3、 Characteristics of the water separator:
1. The design, manufacturing, and acceptance of water collectors and separators shall strictly comply with relevant national industry standards and regulations, based on the specific technical requirements of the required products, and refer to the national building standard design atlas 05K232 "Water Collectors and Separators".
2. Each branch pipe flange is strictly prepared according to relevant professional standards, with high flange strength and large contact area. This can effectively prevent leakage at the contact surface with the valve. Please also provide the pressure rating of the valve equipped with the branch pipe when placing an order, to ensure that the flange matches the corresponding valve.
3. All weld joints of the equipment are polished smooth, and the product undergoes strict hydrostatic testing before shipment to ensure no leakage during use.
4. The equipment shall be provided with detailed engineering drawings or waterway system diagrams by the demand side. The design and manufacturing personnel shall optimize the size of the water collector and distributor according to relevant specifications and standards, and provide detailed product technical drawings. Before ordering, the engineering design personnel of the demand side shall review and confirm in writing.

Work pressure: 0.1-1.6MPa
