When crushing, the material to be crushed is uniformly sent to the grading chamber by the feeding device, where it is pre graded. The qualified particles in the raw material are classified and discharged from the exhaust pipe, while the coarse particles enter the crushing chamber and are crushed under the high-speed impact and grinding action of the impact hammer block. The crushed material is transported to the worm gear classifier for pre grading under the upward airflow entering through the intake pipe. The qualified particles are classified and discharged from the exhaust pipe along with the exhaust gas before being collected as products. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber again for further crushing. The product collection section consists of a cyclone separator, a pulse dust collector, and a centrifugal fan, which collect qualified crushed products.
