Introduction to the Pull off Concrete Tester (JC-2E)
1、 The JC-2E pull-out concrete tester is a testing instrument produced for the "Technical Specification for Testing the Compressive Strength of Concrete by Pull off Method" (JGJ/T378-2016). It consists of a display instrument, load sensor, loader, three jaw chuck for core removal, connecting wire between instrument and sensor, communication wire between instrument and computer, and lithium battery charger. 2、 Technical parameters of JC-2E pull-out concrete tester:
1. Display accuracy: Six digit LCD digital display, with the last digit displaying the force value in units of N (newtons).
2. Measurement accuracy: High precision load sensor, sensor accuracy ≥ 1%.
3. Key operation function:
The 'Measure/Peak' button can maintain peak measurement or change measurement.The 'Storage' button can store measurement data as needed.
The 'Reset' button can automatically reset to zero. Ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
4. Loading rate indicator: There is a loading speed measurement indicator at the bottom right of the instrument panel. The loading speed can be adjusted according to the requirements of the Technical Regulations based on the display.
5. Temperature range for use:- 10 ℃ -+45 ℃.
6. Power supply: Powered by lithium rechargeable batteries. Adequate electricity ensures a working time of at least 16 hours.
7. The instrument size is 115 × 75 × 40mm.
