1. Adopting an open cam for dividing motion, compared to gearboxes, it is easy to maintain, stable and reliable, and easy to replace damaged parts.

A regular paper cup machine comes with an internal gearbox and a small cam, which can easily break after prolonged operation.
The gearbox is only designed with small camshafts and bearings to operate in the small box, which will limit the operating speed of the cup machine (maintaining 40 to 50 pieces/minute at low speeds). If the operating speed of the machine exceeds 60 pieces/minute, the service life is short and it is easy to break
2. Adopting a large cam three in one function to control the opening and closing of the paper fan bracket, it is more efficient and reliable. Ensure that the paper fan bracket works synchronously.

The opening and closing of the paper fan bracket are controlled by two cams. If the machine runs for a long time, the two cams will not work synchronously. That will cause trouble in sealing the main body of the paper cup.
3. The bottom rolling of the cup is controlled by a fully circular cam fixed by a positioning pin. It is more stable and reliable. Ensure that there is no problem of leakage in the finished cup.

The bottom rolling pressure is controlled as a half circle backup, and the screws are prone to loosening. If operated for a long time, the finished cup is prone to water leakage.

9. Open cam cup machine with paper fan for secondary paper feeding design, convenient for adjusting and controlling the sealing of the paper fan
The newly designed two paper feeding fans allow the control paper to reach the sealing heater step by step, making it easy to adjust and control the sealing of the paper feeding fan.
The conventional design directly feeds paper to the paper fan, which is prone to paper jams. The ceiling heater part of the paper fan is troublesome and difficult to adjust.
10. The newly designed fully automatic silicone oil lubrication system directly provided for paper fans is controlled by solenoid valves
In the new design, we use three-layer suction cups that can be used for a long time.

13. The paper fan sealing mold we designed adopts Tope Flat type, which can better form cups of different sizes without the trouble of paper fan sealing blockage

Ordinary design side sealing mold: Circular mold is used to form large-sized cups (over 150ml). If the cup size is small, the paper fan is prone to clogging.

14. Using aluminum rods instead of nylon rods provides higher reliability and longer service life.

15. We use large and thick bearings on the machine, which can easily reach a higher target speed without breaking. If the machine runs for a long time or the target's high speed is very easy to damage, then normal machine bearings are weaker.

16. The cup machine we designed has improved the design of the embossing device, better meeting the needs of embossing at the bottom of the cup without the trouble of leakage.

17. Use alarm lights
A new design machine with warning lights to alert customers. If the machine malfunctions, the client can detect the problem machine and promptly remove it, which is very useful for machine maintenance.
Ordinary designed machines do not have warning lights, and if the client does not find spare parts running on the machine for a long time in case of a malfunction, the machine is prone to breakage.
18. Open type camshaft base with cement seal makes the machine heavier (net weight 1600KG), and the machine runs very stably at high speed without shaking.
The newly designed open cam cup machine has a net weight of 1400KGS and is relatively heavy. Stable operation at a target speed of 65-75pcs/min will increase the trouble.
