Technical features:
1. This machine is a digital semi-automatic impact testing machine, controlled by a microcontroller, with electric swing and impact. The microcontroller measures, calculates, and displays the results, which can be printed. It can also use the remaining energy after punching the sample to automatically swing and prepare for the next test. It is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. Meet the requirements of the metal Charpy impact test method, which can calculate and display the material's impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum swing angle, and test average value.
2. The host adopts a double support column, with a spindle simply supported beam and hanging pendulum. The radial load distribution of the bearings is reasonable, especially for high-energy impact machines, which reduces spindle deformation and greatly reduces energy loss caused by bearing friction;
3. Adopting a two-stage standard deceleration motor to lift the hammer, it runs smoothly;
4. The hanging device adopts hydraulic buffering, ensuring smooth hanging;
