1、 Product Overview:
This testing machine uses a miniature imported electric motor from Taiwan as its power source; Adopting advanced chip integration technology and a professionally designed PCI data acquisition amplification and control system, the amplification of experimental force and deformation, and A/D conversion process have achieved dual display control and fully digital adjustment of display.

Our company's newly developed and upgraded tensile testing machine software can reach the advanced level of similar international products. The lifting and lowering of the fully computer-controlled testing machine can achieve an accuracy of ± 0.3%, including tensile strength test, compressive strength test, three-point bending test, shear strength test, fracture strength, yield point strength, tensile strength, elongation at constant load, etc.
3、 Structural principle:
This machine adopts an electromechanical integration design, mainly composed of force sensors, transmitters, microcomputer processors, load drivers, computers, and color inkjet printers. High precision speed regulating motors can be set to five test speeds. All integrated components are connected through plug-in connections. The floor standing model has a uniform design and coating that takes into account the principles of modern industrial design and ergonomics.
