Ultra fast analysis

1. Utilizing NexeraTM LC-30A in combination with LCMS-8030 to achieve ultra fast mass spectrometry analysis. The following figure shows the simultaneous analysis of 226 pesticide components within 2 minutes, with a maximum peak width of less than 2 seconds.

3 UFsweeper ® Technology can significantly reduce crosstalk caused by short dwell times. The following is the LCMS-8030 rapid analysis of verapamil (sample concentration of 1ug/mL), MRM ion pair 455.2>165.0, with a delay time and residence time of 3ms. Simultaneously monitor 470.0>165.0 ion pairs, with crosstalk less than 0.003%.

Technical advantages of LCMS-8030 triple quadrupole liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer:

At present, the liquid chromatography part of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) has gradually evolved from HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) to UHPLC (ultra high performance liquid chromatography). Due to the fast peak extraction speed of UHPLC, the analysis speed of the mass spectrometry part of LC-MS must be very fast, otherwise the advantages of UHPLC's fast analysis cannot be fully utilized.

In response to this issue, Shimadzu Corporation has adopted UFsweeper in the Q2 collision chamber of the LCMS-8030 triple quadrupole ® Collision chamber technology (patent application pending) for rapid removal of product ions. In addition, during MRM detection, we also adopted Shimadzu's unique quadrupole RF voltage switching technology to shorten the delay time required for voltage setting between measurement channels, achieving ultra high speed MRM measurement of 500 channels per second. The LCMS-8030 adopts patented technologies such as UFscanning ultra fast scanning at a speed of up to 15000uc and UFswitching ultra fast positive and negative polarity switching at a speed of 15msec, enabling the LCMS-8030 to truly achieve high-throughput analysis without sacrificing signal strength.
