BY-D26 single-phase residential user incorrect wiring intelligent simulator
1.1.1 overview
The simulator is mainly used to simulate various misconnections between multiple single-phase residential energy meters, meter back switches, and indoor switches, and enable operators to measure, analyze, and judge. At the same time, the device is equipped with an intelligent protection unit module, which has functions such as leakage, overload, and grounding protection.
The upper computer of the instrument adopts a tablet computer and the communication method is wireless WIFI communication.
1.1.2 Functional Features
1) Simulate the setup of two residential electricity environments using a single-phase simulated smart meter, a meter back switch, and an indoor switch;
2) The simulator can simulate various misconnections between residential users' energy meters and meter back switches, as well as between meter back switches and indoor switches. There can be thousands of wiring methods, and risk analysis can be conducted for each wiring method;
3) The types of misconnections include: current element series connection, phase line series connection, neutral line series connection, phase neutral line series connection, no power at the receiving point, and independent metering;
4) The risk analysis includes: unauthorized use of electricity, inability to use electricity, electricity theft, reverse metering, and safety hazards;
5) The tablet computer configured for the simulator uses the Android operating system and has functions such as intelligent wiring simulation, wiring risk analysis, and data acquisition analysis;
6) The simulator is equipped with a simulation intelligent energy meter, which can simulate faults such as large measurement errors, incorrect voltage and current display values, system crashes, screen flickering, and failure to measure single-phase energy meters;
7) The simulator reserves testing positions, allowing operators to use various instruments and meters for testing and analysis.
