The obtained data is subjected to data validity analysis to determine whether there are bad dot numbers, null value numbers, etc. Steady state detection further ensures the validity and operability of the obtained data. Before optimizing the calculation results output, compare the results with the feasible range. If there are any deviations, different processing methods can be selected for processing.After the optimization calculation is completed, the economic benefits are calculated based on the flow and price of raw materials, products, and utilities, and compared with the economic benefits of the previous round of optimization. If the two are close (the difference is less than the user set threshold), they will not be output to avoid unnecessary disturbance to the device for the sake of lower potential benefits.
