Bridge prestressing intelligent grouting technology refers to the use of computer technology to control the entire grouting process, using a slurry circulation method to discharge air and impurities from the pipeline, without the need for manual pump operation and manual pressure replenishment. Precise sensors are installed at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline to monitor pressure in real time and provide real-time feedback to the system host for analysis and judgment. The measurement and control system adjusts the pressure according to the host's instructions to ensure that the prestressed pipeline completes the grouting process under the constraints of important indicators such as slurry quality, pressure size, and stabilization time required by construction technical specifications, ensuring that the grouting is full and dense.

This system installs data collection tools on the intelligent grouting control host and sends data to the server's database through 3G/4G mobile networks. Through built-in algorithm analysis, it can achieve real-time tracking, process control, dynamic acceptance, and timely remediation of prestressed grouting quality management, providing early warning analysis function management for management personnel.

The intelligent pipeline grouting monitoring system embeds GIM into various grouting equipment, such as Xi'an Lujiang and Hunan Lianzhi, to directly extract grouting data results, including grouting time, end time, grouting volume, grouting pressure, and holding time, forming a grouting ledger table.

After extracting data, real-time monitoring of on-site grouting status is achieved, data is remotely backed up and stored, data information is organized, and various engineering data reports, quality analysis tables, and related quality curve graphs are formed as engineering icons.
