Due to the inhibitory effect of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides on acetylcholinesterase activity, the color development after catalytic hydrolysis changes. Therefore, based on the color intensity of the results, the residual situation of organophosphorus or carbamate pesticides in the sample can be determined.
