SQC-1000 Intelligent Dual Channel Atmospheric SamplerIt was developed and designed by our company under the guidance of experts from the "National Workshop Air Monitoring Research Cooperation Group". It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research and teaching, labor safety, environmental monitoring, and health and epidemic prevention departments to measure concentration in workplaces. 2、 Instrument usage method
1. Before using the instrument, the built-in rechargeable battery pack should be charged first.
2. When charging, the AC power cord (already included) should be plugged into the power switch socket on the back of the instrument, and the instrument should be turned off. It takes about 14-16 hours to fully charge the battery pack at once. At this time, the voltmeter indicates 12V, and it can work for more than 3 hours after charging once. The charging and discharging life of the rechargeable battery pack is about 800 times.
3. Sampling:
Connect the air inlet at the back of the instrument to the sampled load using a suitable hose. Press the ON/OFF button on the microcomputer, and the display screen will show "0:00". Then press the MIN button to select the desired time. The maximum time for this button is 59 minutes. If 59 minutes are not enough, press the HOUR button again, and the maximum time for this button is 15 hours. When the time is selected, press the ON/OFF button again to start sampling. At the same time as the sampling pump is working, the computer enters a countdown state. When the computer display screen shows "0:00", the host is controlled by the computer program to automatically cut off the power source. After 1 minute, the "0:00" character in the display screen will also disappear, and the computer will enter a countdown state. The power supply is also cut off accordingly.
To reset or shut down in advance, simply press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to enter the reset or shutdown mode.
