Product Introduction

1、 Product Introduction

LNF Q220Intelligent direct reading Spay superanalytical ferrographBy following and meeting the ASTM D7596 standard, rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of equipment wear causes (intelligent abrasive particle identification and classification, i.e. intelligent ferrography technology) and oil contamination levels (oil contamination level, ISO, NAS contamination level) can be achieved.

1. Particle count (i.e. degree of oil contamination)

By directly capturing the morphological characteristics of various solid mechanical particles, the size and quantity of abrasive particles are automatically calculated, and the pollution level of the oil is automatically calculated according to ISO, NAS, and international mainstream pollution evaluation standards.
2. Automatic classification of abrasive particles (i.e. iron spectrum analysis function, wear traceability analysis)
Automatically classify the abrasive particles in the lubricating oil into metal abrasive particles and non-metal abrasive particles according to the wear reasons of the equipment, and classify the abrasive particles into cutting wear, contact/sliding wear, fatigue wear, etc; Non metallic abrasive particles are mainly divided into fibers, bubbles, water droplets, etc. Intelligent abrasive particle recognition technology is based on laser projection and artificial intelligence recognition technology, which records and identifies wear particles. When the oil sample enters the system and passes through the sample pool, the pulse laser irradiates the sample pool. The signal obtained is amplified by a 4x amplifier and projected onto a CCD. Then, it is photographed by a high-speed camera and analyzed by neural network technology to obtain information on the wear particle count and morphology of the oil sample.

IIIntelligent direct reading Spay superanalytical ferrographProduct Features

(1) Intelligent recognition and classification of abrasive particles (intelligent ferrography)
Intelligent recognition and classification of abrasive particles (intelligent ferrography function): Utilizing Lockheed Martin's military intelligent recognition technology, particles are automatically classified into:
1. Cutting wear: There are hard particles in the oil;
2. Contact wear: reduced oil film thickness;
3. Fatigue wear: surface defects;
4. Fiber: Poor quality filter element or damaged filter element;
5. Non metallic: greasy, gelatinous, damaged sealing rings, foreign particles.

(2) Grinding particle classification function (intelligent ferrography analysis)

1. Quickly determine the cause and degree of equipment wear without the need for experienced analysts.
2. Cutting wear: contamination by hard particles or secondary wear;
3. Contact (sliding) wear: oil film failure or overload;
4. Fatigue wear: overload or material micro defects;
5. Non metallic: gravel (semi transparent)
6. Fiber: pollution;
7. Bubbles: Incomplete degassing treatment;
8. Water droplets: Water pollution

(3) Intelligent recognition results of abrasive particles

(4) Trend analysis of abrasive particles
