1、 Overview:
The BFY type insulated submersible pump is a new product designed by our unit based on the traditional corrosion-resistant submersible pump and the advanced technology of similar foreign products. It is designed for conveying medium crystallization and liquefied medium in solid state through improved design. Its characteristic is the design of a steam insulation jacket at the liquid outlet, which plays a new role in steam circulation to ensure that the liquid does not crystallize; This pump eliminates the mechanical seal commonly used in other submersible pumps and adopts a * structure impeller, making the pump efficient, energy-saving, leak free, and long-lasting, thus widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, and sewage treatment.

3、 Product features:
1. The pump is a vertical submersible pump with a beautiful appearance, which can be directly installed on the storage container of the conveyed medium without additional land occupation, thereby reducing infrastructure investment.
2. The liquid outlet pipe is equipped with a steam device, which is a new product designed for transporting easily crystallizable media and liquefied media in solid state.
3. The mechanical seal has been eliminated, solving the problem of frequent maintenance for other submersible pumps due to the easy wear and tear of the mechanical seal, saving the operating cost of the pump, and improving work efficiency.
4. Adopting * centrifugal double balanced impeller for conveying clean media without solid particles, with extremely low vibration noise and high efficiency; Adopting an open double balanced impeller, it is used to transport liquids with solid particles and short fibers that are not clean, running smoothly and without blockage.
4、 Installation knowledge:
1. If replacing or inspecting the impeller, the outlet valve can be closed, the flange connection bolts and bottom plate connection bolts can be removed, and the pump can be lifted out of the container with a lifting tool.
2. Place the bottom plate vertically on the fixed bracket, remove all bolts from the pump body, take out the pump cover and impeller nut, and lightly tap the pump body with a double hammer to remove the impeller. 3. If the rolling bearing is replaced, the base plate will not move. Just remove the motor and corresponding bracket, remove the pump coupling, cover, and round nut, and take out the bearing body.
4. The order of assembly and disassembly is opposite, pay attention to the concentricity of the accessories on the shaft.
5. After assembling the insulated submersible pump, rotate the coupling to see if it rotates flexibly. Check if there is any metal friction sound and if the nuts of each component are tightened.
6. Check the concentricity between the pump shaft and the motor shaft. The difference between the outer circles of the upper and lower couplings should not exceed 0.1mm, and the gap between the coupling end faces should be maintained at 1-2.5mm.
7. The distance between the suction port of the insulated submersible pump and the bottom of the container is 2-3 times the suction diameter. The distance between the pump body and the wall should be greater than 2.5 times the diameter.
8. The outlet pipeline of the insulated submersible pump should be supported by a separate bracket, and its weight is not allowed to be supported on the pump.
9. Check the rotation direction of the motor to ensure that the pump rotates in the indicated direction.
10. Close the gate valve on the outlet pipeline and connect the cooling water pipe.
11. Start the motor, slowly open the outlet pipe gate valve to the desired position, and put it into normal operation.
12. Regularly check the condition of the pump and motor, the temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 75 ℃, and sufficient butter should be added to the bearing box.
