Oscillation heating vacuum

The combination of oscillation, heating, and vacuum technology is the key to efficient solvent evaporation.

Through orbital oscillation, the area of sample evaporation significantly increases and maintains continuous motion. Compared to centrifugal motion, oscillating evaporation has significant advantages as it can concentrate samples at different speeds without the need for balancing.

The average distribution of heat accelerates the evaporation process and reduces boiling. Gentle heating also eliminates the problem of sample condensation.

CombiDancerProvide 3 heating methods:

1Heat the surface of the sample using a halogen lamp, which is placed in the upper cover of the chamber;

2Independent sample evaporation chamber heater to prevent sample condensation;

3Temperature sensors can be installed at the bottom and inside the sample rack to better control the evaporation process;

The above heating process is applicable to samples that are sensitive to light or heat, as all heating methods can be independently and accurately controlled to obtain mild heat.
