Industrial measuring powder and viscous liquid reflective probe with an outer diameter of 1/2 inch
This probe is particularly suitable for industrial applications that require reflection measurements of powders and viscous liquids. The cylindrical body and probe end made of stainless steel material can withstand various harsh environments, and the probe end can be waterproof and easily replaced. The probe end can also be made of PEEK or Hastelloy C276 material.
The light from the illumination source can be coupled into a fiber bundle consisting of six optical fibers through a standard SMA905 connector, and directly transmitted to the end of the probe, and then illuminated by a 45 ° quartz window to illuminate the tested sample material. This angle can avoid the normal reflection of the window. The reflected light of the tested powder or liquid enters the 7th optical fiber and then enters the spectrometer through its SMA905 connector at the end.
