1. The working principle of industrial grinding machine (grinding material process): After the large pieces of material are crushed to the required particle size by the E-type crusher, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then uniformly and quantitatively fed into the main grinding room by the vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground powder is carried away by the airflow of the fan, classified by the analyzer, and the finished product that meets the fineness is collected in the main air collection pipe through the gas flow pipeline, and then discharged through the powder outlet pipe to obtain the finished powder. The airflow is collected in the large cyclone collection tube and then discharged through the powder outlet tube to obtain the finished powder. The airflow is then drawn into the blower through the upper return duct of the large cyclone collection tube. The entire system of this machine is in a closed loop and circulates under positive and negative pressure.
Increase, causing the unqualified powder (coarse material) to be thrown towards the outer wall by the blades and detached from the airflow, and the coarse material falls into the grinding chamber for regrinding due to its own weight. Qualified products are collected after being separated by blades.
