Industrial grinding machineScope of application:
Industrial grinding machines are mainly suitable for grinding mineral materials such as metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining. The grinding range includes more than 500 non flammable and explosive mineral materials and chemical raw materials with hardness below Mohs 7 and temperature below 6%, such as barite, calcite, silicon carbide, potassium feldspar, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, titanium dioxide, activated carbon, bentonite, white cement, lightweight calcium carbonate, gypsum, glass, manganese ore, titanium ore, copper ore, chromium ore, refractory materials, insulation materials, coal gangue, coal powder, carbon black, clay, talc powder, shells, resins, iron oxide, red yellow marble, quartz, etc.




Industrial grinding machineworking principle:
1. The working principle of industrial grinding machine (grinding material process): After the large pieces of material are crushed to the required particle size by the E-type crusher, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then uniformly and quantitatively fed into the main grinding room by the vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground powder is carried away by the airflow of the fan, classified by the analyzer, and the finished product that meets the fineness is collected in the main air collection pipe through the gas flow pipeline, and then discharged through the powder outlet pipe to obtain the finished powder. The airflow is collected in the large cyclone collection tube and then discharged through the powder outlet tube to obtain the finished powder. The airflow is then drawn into the blower through the upper return duct of the large cyclone collection tube. The entire system of this machine is in a closed loop and circulates under positive and negative pressure.

2. The working process of the industrial grinding machine host is driven by a transmission device to rotate the central shaft. The upper end of the shaft is connected to a plum blossom frame, which is equipped with a grinding roller device and forms a swinging fulcrum. It not only revolves around the grinding ring, but also rotates on its own due to friction. The lower end of the plum blossom stand is equipped with a scraper system, which is located at the lower end of the grinding roller. During the process of rotating with the grinding roller, the scraper throws the material into the grinding roller and generates outward centrifugal force (i.e. squeezing force) to crush the material, thereby achieving the purpose of powder production.

3. The industrial mill analyzer uses a speed regulating motor and two-stage deceleration to drive the blades on the turntable to rotate, forming a grading effect on the products. The speed of blade rotation is adjusted according to the particle size of the finished product. To obtain finer finished particle size, the blade speed can be increased to allow the blade to come into contact with the powder
Increase, causing the unqualified powder (coarse material) to be thrown towards the outer wall by the blades and detached from the airflow, and the coarse material falls into the grinding chamber for regrinding due to its own weight. Qualified products are collected after being separated by blades.
