1. Working Procedure of Industrial Boiler Softening Water Equipment
1. Water supply: Untreated water passes through the resin layer, undergoes an exchange reaction, and produces soft water.
2. Backwash: Water enters from the lower part of the resin layer, loosens the resin, and removes fine impurities.
3. Salt regeneration: Using high concentration salt water (NaCl) to flow through the resin, the failed resin is reduced back to sodium type usable resin.
4. Rinse: According to the process of water supply, rinse excess salt solution and regenerated calcium and magnesium ions through resin.
5. Water supply: Inject water into the salt tank to dissolve salt particles for the next regeneration.
Control mode of industrial boiler softened water equipment
1. Time control: Suitable for places with relatively stable daily water supply. When the regeneration time set by the user is reached, the regeneration process will automatically start. The regeneration time can be set according to the user's needs during low peak water usage. This control method has the characteristics of simple control, low price, and easy operation. This system is mainly used for situations with low hardness (4mmol/L), stable water consumption (water wave momentum not exceeding 15%), low effluent requirements, and small water consumption.
2. Flow control: The operation of this device is measured by a flow meter to measure the flow rate. When the water volume reaches the set value, regeneration will automatically start. The set value of water volume is calculated based on the total working exchange equivalent value of the exchanger and the inlet hardness equivalent value. The system has high accuracy, stable and reliable water output, and is equipped with a memory function. There is no need to reset the values after a power outage.

Installation requirements for industrial boiler softened water equipment
1. No need to make equipment foundations, a flat cement floor is sufficient.
2. Users only need to connect the inlet and outlet pipelines, as well as the sewage pipeline, to the system according to the installation diagram.
3. If the inlet pressure is too low, an automatic boosting device needs to be installed.
4. A drainage ditch should be reserved within 1 meter around the water softener.
5. The outlet of the water softener should be equipped with a water storage tank, with a capacity of at least 2.5-3 times the water production, and an automatic water level control device should be installed.
6. Equipment pipelines should preferably use pipes with non rusting structures, and flexible fittings must be installed on the pipelines for future maintenance and disassembly.
7. Suitable filtering devices must be installed on the inlet pipeline of the equipment to prevent large impurities from entering the valve body of the main controller and causing damage.
8. If the user uses underground well water or surface water as the water source for the softener, it is recommended that the user install a suitable fine filtration device in front of the equipment to prevent the resin from being contaminated by deep well sediment or other impurities, which can greatly reduce the service life of the resin.
