Obtain panoramic and EFI combined images
The Depth of Field Extended Imaging (EFI) feature allows you to continuously capture multiple images on different focal planes through manual and electric devices, resulting in fully focused images. In manual mode, the panoramic function allows you to obtain images larger than the microscope field of view by manually or electrically moving the stage across the entire sample.
With the PRECiV software, you can now combine instant EFI and panoramic functions without leaving the industrial microscope with your hands (even when using a manual microscope stage). The color frame indicator indicates the quality of each image spliced together, while split screen can display real-time images and spliced images side by side. With an electric device, data collection can be completed in a fully automatic manner.

Display more information through infrared (IR) imaging
Infrared imaging mode is very important for quality control and R&D laboratories, as it can perform non-destructive testing through the silicon layer of packaged products. The PRECiV software is dedicated to the shadow correction mode of monochrome cameras, which can quickly and easily perform IR imaging.

Navigation on the wafer
Read the coordinates of the electric or coded stage to set the starting and ending points for a single length measurement. The two-dimensional measurement results include X, Y, and Z positions.
Using a stage for measurement
Define points of interest on the wafer and navigate to each point to perform tasks such as image acquisition or processing. Reposition the sample using the three-point alignment method and navigate using the row and column markings on the wafer with the chip.
