2、 Equipment structure:
1. This device is detachable and suitable for immediate assembly at the customer's location after long-distance transportation, which is fast, convenient, and shortens the installation and debugging cycle. Composed of aluminum alloy bracket, lifting guide rail, drip tank, water level regulating supply tank, automatic elevator, flow meter, adjustable angle worktable, electrical control box, etc. Except for the workbench, all parts in contact with water are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel/copper.
2. Fixed column: Aluminum alloy profiles are used as fixed brackets for easy disassembly and quick assembly.
3. Drip tank: The tank wall is made of stainless steel plate, and the drip tray bottom plate is made of brass plate. It is arranged in a square array according to 25.4X25.4, and a special drip nozzle is laser drilled with Ø 0.4.
4. Water level regulation water supply tank: In order to facilitate the adjustment of drip volume, there is also a water supply tank outside the drip box. By adjusting the height of the water supply tank, the water level inside the drip box can be adjusted to achieve the required drip volume.
5. Automatic lift: To meet the testing requirements of various specifications of specimens, the height of the drip tank is adjusted by the lift.
6. Filter paper: The original/military standard stipulates the use of fine sand/different stones to form a damping layer to adjust the amount of water dripping. However, from the actual effect, it is obviously inappropriate and prone to clogging, resulting in uneven water dripping. We plan to use multi-layer filter paper with different mesh sizes to replace sand/gravel, with the same damping effect, less likely to clog, and easy to clean and replace.

1. This set of rain test equipment for swing pipes is made of high-quality materials and processed into shapes using advanced CNC machining equipment.

4. The swinging tube of this equipment is made of stainless steel tube bent and can swing back and forth within ± 60 degrees to ± 180 degrees (theoretical value, excluding the diameter of the turntable in practice). Equipment transportation, installation, debugging, and acceptance
1. The equipment will be delivered to the buyer's location by freight, and the cost will be borne by the supplier;
2. After the equipment is transported to the buyer and installed in place, both parties shall jointly inspect the equipment, and upon completion of the inspection, both parties shall jointly sign the equipment acceptance report.
3. The supplier shall provide free training on equipment operation and daily maintenance to the equipment operation and maintenance personnel of the demander until the demander's personnel are proficient in it. The demander can arrange relevant personnel to the supplier for free training on system maintenance and repair as needed. The time, location, and content of the training will be determined by both parties when the contract is finally signed.
