1 IHG Vertical Pipeline Pump Product Overview:

The IHG stainless steel vertical pipeline pump is a highly efficient and energy-saving product designed in strict accordance with the performance parameters and vertical pump structure of the IS centrifugal pump used by Wenzhou Zhongnai Pump Valve. It is a novel vertical centrifugal pump that replaces conventional products such as IS horizontal pumps and DL pumps.

The flow range is 1.5-1200m3/h, the head range is 8-150m, and there are more than 250 specifications including basic type, expansion type, A, B, C cutting type, etc. Design and manufacture IRG type hot water pumps, IHG type chemical pumps, YG type oil pumps, and IHGB type explosion-proof chemical pump series products with the same performance parameters according to different fluid media and temperatures.

II Product features of IHG vertical pipeline pump:

1. The stainless steel pipeline pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth pump operation and low vibration noise

3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals.

4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline system, just remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.

5. Pipeline pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head

6. Pipeline pumps can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

3、 Working conditions of IHG vertical pipeline pump:

1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the higher working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head=1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering. In order to use cast steel materials for the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump during manufacturing.

2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be greater than 0.2mm.
