Characteristics of pipeline pumps
1The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low installation cost. If the motor is equipped with a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal. Sealing surface material: The static ring is made of solid alloy or silicon carbide, and the dynamic ring is made of graphite, with a service life of generally more than one year.
3Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline system, just remove the pump body bracket nut to extract all rotor components.
4According to the requirements of flow rate and head, pumps can be operated in series or parallel.
5According to the requirements of pipeline layout, pumps can be installed vertically or horizontally.
