5.1.1 PLC software:
Using Fuyida's dedicated menu control software, the automatic process flow of the equipment is as follows: loading position → 1 # slot → 2 # slot → 3 # slot → 4 # slot → unloading position; The sequence of program processing stations remains unchanged. The operator can set the cleaning time to "0" through the operation interface to skip any slot, and the functions of each slot can be freely selected to achieve various combinations and combinations of cleaning processes. The cleaning functions inside the tank can be selected from the menu to enable or disable. The program has 15 sets of alternative cleaning processes.
5.1.2 Selection of Cleaning Process:
The equipment is equipped with RFID and two-dimensional code reading functions. The operating platform is equipped with a two-dimensional code scanning gun. After identifying the product ID, the preset cleaning process is retrieved. The loading platform is equipped with a fixed two-dimensional code scanning instrument to scan the cleaning fixture again. The scanning results are captured and confirmed by the user's MES system for recognition. Confirm OK and send the instruction to the PLC. The device will start cleaning. If the instruction is not received after a delay of 60 seconds, the device will standby and sound an alarm!
Cleaning process products with the same cleaning tank process but different cleaning functions in each tank can enter the equipment for cleaning in sequence at the same time.
5.1.3 Data recording and storage (data is collected by the user's MES system through Ethernet cable to the equipment PLC)
