CT series high-precision constant temperature bath

Accurate and high-precision viscosity measurement requires a constant temperature environment! The temperature of the bath is kept constant and the temperature of the entire bath is uniform. The unique design ensures that the temperature uniformity of the entire bath reaches ± 0.01 ℃ or above, providing a very constant environment for viscosity experiments.

The bath adopts a dual chamber principle design and a unique circulation method: the tank is designed with a mixing chamber and a measuring chamber, and the liquid level in the measuring chamber can be maintained constant without the evaporation of the bath liquid. The isolation plate of the dual chamber can be freely removed for daily cleaning and maintenance. To facilitate cleaning, a drainage valve structure is designed at the bottom.

The thermostat is imported with original equipment, with high-precision temperature control and adaptive PID regulation function.

Safety: In addition to having low bath level alarm function and high temperature cut-off protection function, it also has built-in air leakage protection switch to ensure safety during use.

Transparent windows and lighting design allow for direct observation of the inside of the bath and the testing process; It should be noted that when the temperature is below 20 ℃, there may be condensation on the window glass, which affects visual observation.

The inner liner is designed with stainless steel to maximize its service life.

Flow-through refrigerator

Design two different refrigerants to meet different customer needs.

Semiconductor refrigeration: It has a long working life (but low cooling capacity) and can be used for constant temperature experiments at around 25 ℃~50 ℃. It can operate 24 hours a year without stopping.

Compressor refrigeration: It can have high cooling efficiency, meet the needs of laboratories working during the day, and can be loaded onto other baths that require a cold source to create lower temperatures. It can quickly reduce 10L of anhydrous ethanol to below zero.

IDS viscosity measurement station

The viscosity measurement table microprocessor controls the rise and free fall detection of liquid in the viscosity tube, and automatically and intelligently detects the liquid flow time;

Using a photoelectric infrared sensor, the sensor can automatically adjust the appropriate light intensity according to the color depth of the measured solution, meeting the needs of samples with different color depths; At the same time, the sensor adopts glass fiber outer packaging stainless steel technology, which has the performance of corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, and long service life;

Imported valves and PPS valve seats have the function of resisting strong acids and alkalis;

Each measuring station is independent of each other and can use different or the same measurement methods to measure different or the same samples;

IDS main controller
