1) Clean all circuit boards, fans, and instrument surfaces of dust
2) Clean the atomizer, atomization chamber, lighting cone, and torch tube
3) Replace the cooling circulating water and clean the pipeline
4) Check the sealing of vacuum tube joints and solenoid valve switches, and adjust the position of the beam slit
5) Performance inspection of vacuum pump, replacement of pump oil, sealing ring, molecular sieve
6) Check that there is no air leakage from the gas cylinder to the ICP room, and confirm the qualification of the circuit
7) Check the gas and auxiliary gas sensors of the instrument, clean them
