The i-SPEED DF high-speed camera has been specifically designed for interested customers to provide high-speed flow analysis, fluid dynamics, and PIV.
Control Display Unit (CDU)):

The unique Olympus 8.4-inch high-speed camera controller display, with its high-resolution LCD display, provides users with a compact and easy to operate system without the need for additional monitoring or computer operation. It provides an intuitive and user-friendly menu structure for interaction, allowing operators to control the entire system. Simply press the button to change settings, such as changing frame rate and shutter speed, and then record and check. Distance, velocity, and angular displacement measurements can be performed during image playback. The 'Image Selection Editor' allows users to quickly identify and save relevant image frames. Only save the download speed and data file size that you need to optimize.
Software Features
Secondary exposure: I-SPEED cameras are capable of recording two video frames simultaneously in one synchronous pulse cycle. Can meet the needs of PIV applications. The minimum interval for secondary exposure is 646 nanoseconds.

Personalization of video clips: Text and company logo can be permanently hot stamped onto the video clip to assist in generating reports and video authentication.

Video trigger: Advanced video trigger function that can start recording when there is movement in a designated area of the active image. The triggering function utilizes the brightness changes of the image.

Economy Mode: Provides up to nine preset economy modes to utilize smaller areas in CMOS sensors, thereby extending recording time without reducing frame rates. The manual economy mode allows users to define sensor sizes.

Measurement: Through CDU measurement, distance, angle, velocity, angular velocity, acceleration, and angular acceleration can be calculated, making it easy to analyze captured images in real-time.
