When the two-phase (or three-phase) mixture to be separated enters the cyclone from the feed port at a certain pressure, it generates strong three-dimensional elliptical strong rotational shear turbulent motion. Due to the different densities of particles, they experience varying degrees of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag, and other forces. As a result of centrifugal settling, most coarse particles (or heavy phase) are discharged through the bottom outlet of the cyclone, while most fine particles (or light phase) are discharged through the overflow pipe, achieving the purpose of separation and classification. | The Xinhai hydraulic cyclone has a unique structural design, using a multi-stage column composite structure. The column height can be increased or decreased according to needs.
