Fermentation turning machine (tank hydraulic)
Working principle: The fermentation turning machine works inside the organic fertilizer fermentation tank. There are tracks designed on both sides of the fermentation tank, and the turning machine spans the tracks of the fermentation tank and is driven by a motor to operate. The transfer of fermentation materials from one fermentation tank to another is achieved through the use of a mobile vehicle, which also has strong adaptability to the characteristics of the fermentation materials. All materials of the turning machine are suitable for environmental corrosion in organic waste fermentation workshops, especially the rake teeth are forged at high temperatures, which are corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and have a long service life.
Application: It is very suitable for the mechanism and process requirements of microbial fermentation of fresh manure from livestock and poultry such as cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, chickens, sewage plant sludge, and urban household waste into fertilizer. It can effectively mix livestock and poultry manure and sludge with microbial agents and straw powder.
