1、 Equipment Structure Description
This machine is a vertical structure four column three beam hydraulic press. The main cylinder stroke limit device of the aircraft body is connected through pipelines and electrical systems to form a whole. The following is a brief introduction of each part:
1. Body
The fuselage is composed of an upper crossbeam, a movable crossbeam, and a lower crossbeam connected by four columns, which are tightened with nuts to form a closed steel frame to withstand the force of the hydraulic press during operation. The moving beam is connected to the main cylinder piston rod flange and moves up and down guided by the columns. The upper crossbeam, movable crossbeam, lower crossbeam, and hydraulic pad are integral welded components.
The sliding parts of the moving beam are equipped with oil filling holes, and oil is added regularly to lubricate the moving parts.
2. Travel limit device
The travel limit device consists of a guide plate and a travel switch. Divided into three groups: upper limit switch, lower limit power switch, and fast/slow switch. Adjusting different switch positions can change the stopping position of the movable crossbeam at the upper and lower ends. After adjustment, the locking nut should be tightened. In constant pressure molding, the lower switch can only control the lower limit position (for protective purposes) and cannot control the compression stroke; In fixed distance molding, the travel switch plays a role in overpressure protection. The lower cylinder is composed of a lower cylinder upper limit switch and a lower cylinder lower limit switch. Ensure that the lower cylinder reaches the set position and stops.
3. Oil cylinder
The cylinder body of the oil cylinder is forged, drilled, and ground into shape. The material of the piston rod is forged 45 #.
4. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic transmission and control system. Mainly composed of fuel tank, oil pump, plug-in valve, cooling, filtration, etc. Control the electromagnetic directional valve through the electrical system to achieve various actions of the press.
